Where are you located?

Just north of 96th Street off Allisonville Road, the We Do! Professional Centre is nestled in a serene setting among a cluster of small office buildings in Fishers. Yet it is just steps away from a major thoroughfare, and minutes from Indianapolis, Carmel, Castleton, I-465 & I-69.

How do I get there?

From I-465, go north approximately 1.5 miles on Allisonville Road through the light at 96th Street and through the light at Eller Road. Once through the Eller Road light, turn right at the third drive on your right. You'll see a sign with many names on it including the We Do! logo right before the turn, and a large, dark blue sign for E.F. Marburger right at the turn. TURN RIGHT AT THE MARBURGER SIGN. Once on that drive, follow it to the third and last office building on the right. Our street numbers (9937-9943) are posted above our front entrances.

What are the benefits to renting space at We Do?

Individually leased rooms provide privacy for your clients as well as control over your environment during sales consultations, and our building welcomes your prospective clients with a creative, professional atmosphere rather than loud crowds and espresso machines.

Do I need to set up my own phone line and internet connection?

All of our neighbors currently use their mobile phones and take advantage of our free, secured wireless internet network. But you are also welcome to set up your own phone landline and internet connection if needed.

What kind of signage is there?

There is a master sign on Allisonville Road for three combined buildings, which includes one for the We Do! Professional Centre. As drivers approach our building's parking lot, there is a sign for our building, and your name will appear in vinyl lettering on the entry doors.

What are the lease terms?

You can start with as little as a six-month lease, though many of our neighbors are on one-year leases. A deposit equal to the first month's rent is required at the time of signing.

How big are your rooms?

Most rooms are 15'x11', though a couple are 12'x 11', and the front entry rooms are 19'x11'.
